Our properties serve vacationers, seasonal travelers, and long-term residents, with a focus on cleanliness, hospitality, quality, affordability, and pride of place. We are looking for a hands-on Marketing Manager to build awareness, generate qualified inquiries, and drive reservations and occupancy across our portfolio. About the Role You will manage organic social media, Meta and Google advertising campaigns, visual content, and public relations. Working directly with company leadership and property managers, you will turn each property's offerings into compelling marketing that produces measurable results. This role combines strategy with daily execution. You should be comfortable planning a campaign, creating the content, launching the ads, and evaluating performance. Responsibilities Digital Advertising Build, manage, and optimize Google Ads and Meta campaigns for individual properties. Develop targeting, messaging, budgets, and creative tests based on each property's audience and occupancy goals. Maintain conversion tracking for calls, inquiries, and reservations, coordinating technical support when needed. Monitor performance and recommend budget adjustments to improve lead quality and acquisition costs. Social Media and Content Develop and maintain content calendars for company and property social channels. Create graphics, captions, promotional materials, and short videos for organic posts and paid campaigns. Coordinate with property managers to collect photos, footage, guest stories, and local updates. Maintain consistent branding while highlighting each property's character. Manage social engagement and coordinate responses with property teams. Public Relations Identify newsworthy openings, improvements, expansions, and company stories. Write press releases and maintain property press kits and website newsroom content. Build relationships with travel writers, local media, tourism organizations, and industry publications. Develop personalized media pitches and coordinate interviews and qualified media visits. Track earned coverage and opportunities for additional exposure. Marketing Coordination and Reporting Create email newsletters and seasonal promotions. Keep website content, promotional offers, and business listings accurate. Coordinate photography, video production, and outside marketing support as needed. Report monthly on campaign spending, qualified leads, reservations, website traffic, and marketing outcomes. Work with operations teams to align marketing with availability, seasonal demand, and property priorities. Qualifications 3+ years of relevant marketing experience , including direct responsibility for both Google Ads and Meta Ads. Demonstrated ability to manage campaigns independently and explain results using business metrics. Strong writing skills for advertising, social content, email, and media outreach. A portfolio of graphics, advertising creative, and short-form video. Proficiency with Canva or Adobe Creative Suite and video editing tools such as CapCut or Premiere Pro. Working knowledge of Google Analytics 4, conversion tracking, and campaign reporting. Experience managing multiple brands, locations, or client accounts. Strong organization, sound judgment, and the ability to follow projects through to completion.
Preferred experience:
Hospitality, travel, RV Resorts, housing, or local lead generation; media relations and earned coverage; agency experience. A relevant degree is welcome but not required. Demonstrated skills, work samples, and results are our priorities. What Success Looks Like Consistent, engaging content that reflects our properties accurately. Relevant media relationships and earned coverage. Position Details Full-time individual contributor role reporting to company leadership. Occasional travel to properties for content creation and coordination. Compensation based on experience and demonstrated capabilities.
