The Opportunity Lotus Plant Power already wins. We built the #1 plant-based energy concentrate in the country through foodservice, and now the ready-to-drink consumer line is scaling fast into national retail: Walmart, Costco, Kroger, Amazon, and the next wave of doors. Now we need to make noise about it. Every new retailer, product launch, flavor, promotion, partnership, and seasonal moment creates an opportunity to put Lotus in front of more people and give them a reason to try it. That's where you come in. The Marketing Campaign & Content Manager is the execution engine behind our promotional marketing. You take strategy and turn it into the campaigns customers actually see: the launch, the social rollout, the copy, the video concept, the influencer activation, the retail promotion, the email, the giveaway, and everything connecting them. This is not a role where you spend three weeks talking about the campaign. You launch it. You'll work across a growing portfolio of products, channels, retailers, distributors, creators, and audiences, often with multiple campaigns moving at once. The work has to be smart. It has to be on-brand. It has to be coordinated. And it has to ship. This is a high-volume, fast-paced, bias-for-action environment. We move at the speed of retail, and we need someone who gets energized by that pace. What This Role Owns Campaign execution: You own the planning, coordination, launch, and day-to-day execution of approved marketing campaigns.
Promotional content:
You write and develop the messaging that brings campaigns to life across social, digital, retail, distributor, influencer, and customer-facing channels. Campaign calendars & timelines: You keep launches, promotions, content, assets, dependencies, and deadlines moving.
Cross-channel coordination:
A campaign isn't one Instagram post. You make sure the story connects across the places customers actually encounter Lotus.
Social campaign execution:
You coordinate and publish promotional social content across approved platforms and adapt execution to the channel. Influencer & partnership activation: You coordinate creators, ambassadors, retail partners, and promotional collaborations from brief through deliverable.
Launch execution:
You help turn new products, flavors, retail wins, seasonal moments, and promotions into coordinated market-facing campaigns.
Continuous improvement:
You take performance intelligence and use it to make the next campaign stronger.
Where your authority sits:
Marketing leadership sets strategy, positioning, priorities, and campaign objectives. You own turning that direction into a campaign plan and executing it exceptionally well. Marketing Operations & Growth tells us what the data says and where optimization opportunities exist. Brand Operations & Education provides the approved resources, educational materials, assets, and operational support needed to execute. You connect the pieces and get the campaign into the world.
What you do not own:
Overall marketing strategy, brand positioning, creative direction, or marketing analytics infrastructure. You own execution. And execution here matters. Who You Are A marketer who ships. You don't need perfect conditions to make progress. Give you an objective, an audience, a deadline, and the right resources, and you'll turn them into a campaign. A strong writer. Headlines, captions, promotional copy, launch messaging, scripts, calls to action, emails, retail messaging: words are part of your toolkit. A campaign thinker. You naturally think beyond individual posts. You understand how an idea can move across social, creators, retail, email, ecommerce, events, and partnerships while still feeling like one campaign. Consumer-obsessed. You understand that we're not marketing to ourselves. You're constantly thinking about what makes someone stop, care, click, share, try, and buy. Fast without being sloppy. You know how to move quickly while keeping the details right. Highly organized. Multiple launches, assets, creators, approvals, timelines, and channels can be moving simultaneously, and you know exactly where each stands. Collaborative without being dependent. You know when you need input, but you don't need a committee to move every task forward. Commercially minded. Engagement matters. Awareness matters. Great content matters. But ultimately, marketing should help move product. What You'll Do Integrated Campaign Execution Turn approved marketing strategy into integrated campaigns across the Lotus family of brands. Execute product launches, retail campaigns, distributor campaigns, seasonal initiatives, promotions, events, product announcements, and brand-awareness initiatives. Develop the campaign plan, messaging, channel rollout, timeline, deliverables, and dependencies required to launch successfully. Coordinate execution across teams so the campaign feels intentional everywhere it appears. Every campaign should have a reason to exist. Every campaign should have an objective. Every campaign should ship. Promotional Content Development Write compelling promotional content that makes people want to engage with Lotus. Develop campaign concepts, promotional copy, social content, advertising copy, video scripts, product-launch messaging, sales messaging, retail promotions, distributor materials, customer communications, contests, giveaways, and campaign-support content. Translate product benefits and brand strategy into language customers actually care about. Know the difference between explaining a product and selling one. Social Campaign Management Bring promotional campaigns to life across approved social platforms. Build and coordinate platform-specific campaign rollouts. Schedule and publish promotional content according to the campaign and editorial calendar. Adapt messaging and execution to the platform without losing the larger campaign idea. Coordinate contests, giveaways, promotional activations, and community-facing initiatives. Support paid-media initiatives with the messaging and creative requirements needed for execution. Social is not a box to check. It's one part of an integrated customer journey. Influencer & Partnership Campaigns Coordinate promotional campaigns with influencers, ambassadors, retail partners, and strategic collaborators. Manage communication, briefs, timelines, deliverables, assets, publishing schedules, follow-up, and reporting. Make expectations clear before the campaign starts. Make sure deliverables actually arrive. Make sure they go live when they're supposed to. And make sure the partnership supports a measurable objective. Product Launches & Retail Promotions Help turn new products and retail expansion into moments customers notice. Coordinate campaign execution around product launches, new flavors, retailer launches, distributor initiatives, seasonal promotions, and key retail moments. Work cross-functionally to ensure messaging, assets, content, education, influencer support, and promotional materials are ready before launch. When Lotus lands somewhere new, our marketing should make it feel like an arrival. Campaign Project Management Own the moving pieces. Build and maintain campaign calendars, launch schedules, timelines, task lists, dependencies, documentation, and status reporting. Coordinate across Marketing, Creative, Brand Operations, Sales, and outside partners. Identify dependencies early. Follow up before something becomes late. Escalate roadblocks while there's still time to solve them. A great idea that misses the launch date isn't a great campaign. Campaign Optimization Don't just move on when a campaign ends. Partner with the Director of Marketing Operations & Growth to understand what actually happened. What performed? What didn't? What message converted? What content generated engagement? What channel drove action? What should we repeat? What should we stop doing? Then implement those learnings. Your job is not to build the analytics infrastructure. Your job is to use the intelligence it produces. Every campaign should make the next campaign smarter. Cross-Functional Partnership Partner with Marketing leadership to translate strategy, priorities, and brand direction into campaigns customers actually experience. Partner with the Director of Marketing Operations & Growth to understand performance, implement optimization recommendations, and improve campaign effectiveness. Partner with the Director of Brand Operations & Education to obtain approved creative assets, educational resources, marketing materials, and campaign support. Partner with Creative to brief and coordinate the visual assets required to bring campaigns to life. Partner with Sales to support retailer launches, distributor initiatives, promotions, and commercial priorities. Partner across the organization to keep launches coordinated and deadlines moving. You don't need to own every function. You need to know how to get every function moving toward the same launch. What You Bring Proven experience executing marketing campaigns for a consumer brand, agency, retailer, e-commerce business, or comparable fast-moving environment. Strong promotional copywriting and content-development skills. Experience developing and executing social media campaigns across multiple platforms. Experience managing product launches, promotions, seasonal campaigns, or integrated marketing initiatives. Strong campaign and project-management skills. Experience coordinating influencers, creators, ambassadors, partnerships, or similar external relationships. The ability to manage multiple campaigns and timelines simultaneously without losing details. Strong understanding of how content changes across social, digital, retail, email, ecommerce, and other customer touchpoints. Comfort using campaign performance insights to improve execution. Experience with AI-assisted content tools and modern marketing workflows. Excellent written and verbal communication. CPG, beverage, retail, foodservice, e-commerce, or high-growth consumer-brand experience is strongly preferred. Beverage experience is not required. A demonstrated ability to take an idea from brief to live is. Non-Negotiables You ship. Deadlines matter. Every campaign has a defined business objective. You don't create content just to fill a calendar. Promotional messaging stays consistent across channels. You communicate before a deadline is at risk, not after. You follow through with creators, partners, and internal teams. You use performance insights instead of defending work because you personally liked it. You can manage multiple moving pieces without making everyone else manage you. You care about the details. You care about the customer. You care whether the campaign worked. Quality is never traded for speed, but speed is the default. Think and do. How Success Is Measured Campaign execution: Campaigns launch on time, on-brand, and aligned with strategic objectives.
