Martinsville Health and Rehab, a 140-bed skilled nursing and rehabilitation center located in Martinsville, VA, is recruiting for an Admissions and Marketing Director to lead the admissions process and grow census at our skilled nursing facility. We are a looking for a dynamic professional with a passion for healthcare marketing, patient advocacy, and building strong referral relationships.

What You'll Do:

• Serve as the Admissions and Marketing Director for the facility
• Serve as the primary liaison for hospitals, families, and referral sources
• Manage the referral intake and admissions process from referral to admission
• Build and maintain relationships with discharge planners, case managers, and community partners
• Develop and execute marketing strategies to support census growth
• Represent the facility at community events, hospital meetings, and professional networking opportunities
• Collaborate with the Central Referral Intake team and the facility's interdisciplinary team to ensure seamless, compassionate admissions

What We're Looking For:

• Proven experience in healthcare admissions and/or marketing (SNF or healthcare preferred)
• Strong interpersonal, communication, and organizational skills
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
• Knowledge of Medicare/Medicaid, managed care, and long-term care admissions process
