Job Summary We're looking for somebody super creative who can design just about anything: a product box, a landing page, a retail display that stops someone mid-aisle. mostly for Wyze, a leading AI and smart home company but may also do occasional work for The Crosbys, a YouTube channel with 4.6M subs run out of the same office. Duties Design packaging, web pages, in-store displays, email graphics, ads, thumbnails, and any other big ideas we come up with. Use AI design tools to make budget projects look like they had ten times the budget. Own the whole creative process. Concepting, mockups, revisions, production files, and following your work all the way to the shelf or the screen. Other creative duties that arise as part of the creative process. There are always other creative duties. Qualifications You make great work. Portfolio preferred and valued above any resume. You don't even need a resume if you have a website or portfolio. Entrepreneurial mindset that thinks big and doesn't need to be told exactly what to do. You fully embrace AI without hesitation. No AI skeptics we want someone excited about what AI enables you to do combined with your current skillset. Ability to learn quickly. Awesome work ethic.
