Come join our team! We are looking for a Marketing Manager to drive our campaign strategy, manage high-stakes proposal and bidding processes, and execute a strategic business development plan.

What You'll Do:

Oversee content creation and management for the company's website, social media platforms, and marketing materials. Plan and coordinate external events, community engagement activities, and strategic partner events; manage company sponsorships; and provide occasional support for internal company events. Lead the creation and updating of proposals, qualifications packages, and presentations to prospective partners. Partner with the Vice President of Partnerships & Project Development to develop and execute a strategic business development plan, identify new business opportunities and strategic partnerships, and support growth in key markets.

What We're Looking For:

Three or more years of experience in marketing, business development, or related field, preferably within the architecture, engineering, or construction (AEC) industry. Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or related field preferred. Advanced skills in Microsoft Office Suite, CRM software, and social media platforms. Proficiency with website and graphic tools such as Wix, Canva, and Adobe Creative Suite preferred.
