Job Summary We are seeking a dynamic and strategic Real Estate Team Marketing Manager to lead our marketing initiatives and elevate our brand presence within the real estate industry and highlight our client experience. Your expertise in digital marketing, content creation, and multichannel campaigns will drive demand generation and foster meaningful engagement across all platforms. Responsibilities Develop comprehensive marketing plans tailored to the real estate sector, including digital campaigns, print advertising, and social media advertising campaigns. Manage multichannel marketing efforts across platforms such as Social Media, Google AdWords, WordPress, and email marketing tools to maximize reach and engagement. Oversee content marketing initiatives by creating compelling copywriting, blog posts, property descriptions, and promotional materials that resonate with target audiences. Implement marketing automation tools and CRM system proficiency to streamline lead nurturing, follow-up processes, and demand generation marketing strategies. Analyze web analytics reporting using tools like Google Analytics to measure campaign performance, optimize ROI, and inform data-driven decision making. Lead the creation of engaging visual content utilizing Adobe Creative Suite for advertisements, social media posts, and promotional materials. Collaborate with sales teams to align marketing campaigns with sales objectives while managing budgets effectively for advertising sales efforts. Supervise a team of marketing professionals by providing guidance on project management, content writing standards, and digital marketing best practices. Requirements Proven experience managing marketing, advertising or public relations teams within a fast-paced environment. Strong knowledge of SEO strategies and experience in cross-functional collaboration across departments such as product management and sales. Proficiency in Ai, Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator), WordPress, HTML basics, and Google Analytics for performance tracking. Demonstrated expertise in multichannel marketing including social media marketing, social media advertising campaigns, email marketing, print advertising, and performance marketing. Experience implementing marketing automation tools (e.g., HubSpot or Marketo) and managing CRM systems for targeted outreach. Excellent copywriting skills with the ability to craft compelling content tailored to diverse audiences. Familiarity with Google AdWords campaigns (including Meta Advertising), demand generation strategies, e-commerce platforms, and B2B (business-to-business) marketing approaches. Strong analytical skills for web analytics reporting and data-driven decision making; ability to manage budgets effectively for advertising sales initiatives.
