Position Overview We are looking for a tech-savvy Implementation Specialist to join our Sync Acquire team within the Engineering, Solutions, & Web department. In this role, you will be responsible for deploying, configuring, and managing our proprietary "Join Online" software integrations across our client roster (~100 clients managed collaboratively by the team). This is a technical configuration and workflow role —not a heavy coding position. You will focus on setting up WordPress plugins, connecting systems via Zapier and webhooks, mapping data into CRMs (HubSpot, GymSales), and organizing tasks in Monday.com. This role is internal-facing with minimal direct client interaction, making it ideal for a focused problem-solver who loves systems, logic, and automation.

Key Responsibilities Software Implementation:

Deploy and configure "Join Online" software and associated WordPress plugins for new and existing client accounts.

Automation & Integration Management:

Build, test, and maintain Zapier workflows, API webhooks, and CRM data mappings (HubSpot, GymSales) to ensure error-free lead capture and data flow.

Platform Maintenance:

Audit and troubleshoot active client software setups to prevent broken links, failed Zaps, or plugin conflicts.

Task & Process Tracking:

Maintain clear technical records and project updates using Monday.com and HubSpot Projects.

Internal Collaboration:

Work closely with the IT Director and Client Experience team to transition newly configured accounts smoothly. What We Are Looking For (Requirements)

Demonstrable experience using and configuring WordPress plugins , Zapier , HubSpot , and Monday.com .

API & Automation Logic:

Solid understanding of how APIs, webhooks, and trigger/action workflows operate. Attention to

Meticulous approach to testing integrations and verifying data integrity before push-to-live.

Work Location & Hours:

Ability to work a hybrid schedule (3 days in-office at The Ledger in Bentonville, AR; 2 days remote). Nice-to-Have Skills Basic working knowledge of HTML/CSS or light JavaScript. Familiarity with fitness industry software (e.g., GymSales, Mindbody, ABC Fitness).

What We Offer Compensation:

$40,000 - $45,000 annually. 100%
