is aggressively expanding into the Los Angeles market! As our corporate executives and legal representatives do not speak Chinese, we are seeking a highly professional, proactive, and bilingual Chinese Community Marketing Specialist & Franchise Relations Liaison to serve as the vital bridge between our executive team and the Chinese-American business community. This position is based out of our Fullerton, CA office. This is an active, dynamic role where fieldwork and business travel account for about 20% of the total workload. You will lead our brand promotion via Chinese social media channels, attend local community events, conduct on-site market research, and serve as the primary point of contact for prospective franchise investors. [Key Responsibilities]

Franchise Consulting & Lead Generation:

Serve as the proactive first point of contact for prospective franchise investors from the Chinese community; present CHIMCKING's business model, unique value propositions, and financial systems.

•

Active Community Engagement:

Build and maintain an active network within the local Chinese-American business community through continuous outreach, online forums, and corporate discovery events to organically source warm leads.

•

Executive Interpretation & Translation:

Provide precise, professional interpretation (Mandarin English) during corporate meetings and contract negotiations between prospective franchisees and our executive team.

•

Advanced Content Creation & SNS Management:

Design, produce, and manage high-impact text and short-form video content tailored to the Chinese-American demographic to maximize brand exposure and franchise inquiries.

• Fieldwork & Travel (20%): Conduct local marketing outreach, attend Chinese business association events, film on-site promotional content at restaurant locations, and occasionally travel out-of-state to support franchise expansions and operational audits. [Qualifications]

Language Capabilities:

Native or near-native fluency in Mandarin is strictly required. For this specific position, Mandarin proficiency is our top hiring priority and carries greater weight than English proficiency. Professional working proficiency in English is required for internal corporate reporting. Proficiency or conversational ability in Korean is highly desirable / preferred (to facilitate smooth communication with corporate executives and partners).

Franchise Insight:

Strong comprehension of franchise business operations and investor mentalities (Prior experience in franchise growth or commercial B2B sales is highly preferred).

•

Communication Powerhouse:

Natural networker with an outgoing personality, skilled at cold/warm outreach and building trust with diverse business owners.

•

SNS & Media Proficiency:

Highly skilled in managing business accounts on WeChat, Xiaohongshu (RED), and Douyin/TikTok, with proven capability in short-form video editing (e.g., CapCut).

•

Experience:

2+ years of experience in Franchise Relations, B2B Sales, Social Media Marketing, or Commercial Liaison roles. (Candidates with proven experience in these similar roles will receive preferred consideration).

Travel & Mobility:

Valid Driver's License and a reliable vehicle for local fieldwork; flexibility to travel for business up to 20% of the time.
