Role Description This is a contract, hybrid role based in the Los Angeles Metropolitan Area, with a mix of on-site collaboration and work-from-home flexibility. The Content Creator / Marketing Partner (Healthcare) will develop clear, engaging short-form video and social content that helps patients understand how to travel safely, working closely with the founding team to turn ideas into finished pieces for TikTok and Instagram. The role involves translating Voyax Health's mission and brand voice into authentic, scroll-stopping content, planning what to post and when, and writing captions that connect with a patient-centered audience. Day-to-day tasks include researching travel health topics for content angles, filming and editing short-form video, drafting and revising captions, coordinating with the founding team on creative direction, and keeping an eye on basic performance metrics to see what's resonating. The person in this role will also contribute ideas for new content formats and campaigns that build trust and engagement with our audience. This is currently our primary way of bringing on marketing help; we anticipate adding paid hourly roles again as we grow. Qualifications Experience creating short-form video content (TikTok/Instagram) that feels authentic and engaging, not overly polished or corporate Ability to write clear, compelling captions that adapt tone for different audiences Genuine interest in healthcare, patient experience, and startups — someone who actually cares about the mission Strong research skills for translating healthcare and travel safety information into accurate, accessible content Attention to detail in editing footage and proofreading captions for clarity and brand consistency Familiarity with social platforms and comfort reviewing simple performance metrics (views, engagement) to refine content Collaborative mindset and ability to work effectively with the founding team in a hybrid environment Organized, deadline-driven, and comfortable managing your own workflow with limited supervision Background or demonstrated interest in healthcare, travel health, public health, or content creation is highly beneficial Coursework or experience in marketing, communications, public health, or content creation is a plus, but not required
