We care more about what you can do than where you learned to do it. 2+ years of marketing experience and 1+ year of serious, hands-on professional AI use. You shouldn't join Banks expecting to learn AI. You should already use it every day. Experience with lifecycle marketing, email, SMS, CRM, content, or marketing automation.
