No prior insurance experience is required. Training and mentorship are provided. Responsibilities Connect with prospective clients to identify their insurance needs and financial goals. Educate individuals and families about life insurance and financial protection strategies. Schedule and conduct client appointments by phone, video, or in person. Build and maintain relationships with prospective and existing clients. Present insurance products and solutions based on client needs, where properly licensed. Assist clients throughout the application and policy process. Maintain accurate client information and follow company procedures. Participate in ongoing training, coaching, and professional development. Use Social Media to market & publish simple educational videos/content. Create digital ads Develop professional networking and referral relationships. Work collaboratively with team members to achieve individual and team objectives.
