We are looking for a Head of Brand Marketing & Social Media who wakes up thinking about Namkeen and goes to bed thinking about the next way to get people talking about Namkeen. This is not a traditional corporate marketing position. We want a brand builder, content thinker, social media expert, relationship builder, and relentless executor who understands how restaurant brands become culturally relevant.

THE MISSION

Namkeen currently has more than 122,000 Instagram followers . Your mission is to help us build that audience toward 500,000+ highly engaged followers while translating that attention into increased brand awareness, restaurant traffic, franchise growth, and long-term brand equity. We don't simply want more followers. We want more people talking about Namkeen.

WHAT YOU'LL OWN

You will lead Namkeen's overall brand marketing strategy, including: Social media strategy and growth Instagram, TikTok and emerging platforms Influencer and creator partnerships Viral content concepts Organic and paid digital campaigns Brand collaborations Restaurant grand-opening marketing Local store marketing support PR opportunities Community partnerships Email and SMS marketing Photography and video direction Marketing collateral Menus, signage and in-store marketing Promotional campaigns and limited-time offers Brand merchandise Franchisee marketing support Overall brand consistency You should constantly be asking: \"What can we do today that gets more people to know Namkeen tomorrow?\"

WHAT SUCCESS LOOKS LIKE

We will measure this role by real results, including:

Brand Awareness:

Dramatically increase awareness of Namkeen in existing and future markets.

Social Growth:

Develop and execute a strategy to grow Namkeen's social audience from 122,000 followers toward 500,000+ .

Engagement:

Build a passionate community—not just a large follower count.

Content:

Create a consistent pipeline of content people actually want to watch, share and talk about.

Influencers:

Build relationships with local, regional and national creators who can introduce Namkeen to new audiences.

Restaurant Traffic:

Develop campaigns that translate online attention into guests walking through our doors.

New Market Launches:

Make every Namkeen opening feel like an event.

Brand Building:

Help turn Namkeen from a restaurant people like into a brand people recognize, remember and talk about.

WHO WE'RE LOOKING FOR

You may be a great fit if: You are obsessed with social media, branding and consumer behavior. You understand what makes content perform. You follow restaurant, food, fashion, entertainment and cultural trends. You understand influencer marketing. You can identify creators before everyone else discovers them. You are comfortable developing ideas AND executing them. You understand that great marketing happens both online and in the real world. You are highly creative but equally accountable to numbers. You move quickly and don't need a large corporate structure around you. You genuinely enjoy building brands. Restaurant, hospitality, franchise or consumer-brand experience is strongly preferred. Experience growing a significant social media account is highly preferred. Bilingual candidates who speak Spanish, Urdu or Hindi are encouraged to apply.
