Job Duties:

Review sales and operation data from Live Data Warehouse Management System (LFS), Transportation Management System (TMS) and other relevant sources. Capture insights about the agriculture shipping/logistic industry, our type of customers and target clients, competitors and suppliers. Conduct qualitative market research and analyze information about customers and industry, such as size, volume, growth, and trends. Conduct quantitative research, use or create questionnaires to get responses from a specific target-customers internally and externally to understand need. Apply statistical methods and technologies to analyze historical data, gain new insight, identify the problems and improve strategic decision-making. Evaluate clients using multiple search engine optimization (SEO) tools. Conduct marketing research, study specific target market, consumer's decision making processes, behaviors, ideology, socio-economic status, finances, and level of maturity, in order to create pricing strategy. Develop pricing structure that fits consumers portfolio and sales target. Maintain Company website while generating sales leads through targeted marketing campaigns and network efforts, focusing on Asian buyers and markets. Develop advertisements (ads) that persuade consumers to purchase our specific product. Analyze consumer preferences, wants, needs, and desires, in order to help company develop products and services that are useful for our consumers and effectively promote our existing product or service. Examine and analyze each component of the data. Analyze international agriculture trade behavior and facilitate marketing strategies. Analyze supplier locations and drayage costs to optimize logistic operations. Identify patterns or trends. Interpret data collected and organize into statistical tables and reports to create a visual of industry trends and of competitors. Predict how products and services will fare in the marketplace. Conduct competitive analysis and maintain a profile of key competitors. Prepare strength, weaknesses, opportunities and threat (SWOT) analysis to assess where the Company stand in the market relative to competitors. Determine the major obstacles and business drivers. Present findings through charts, graphs, and other visual means and create a comprehensive report with suggestions/conclusions. Conduct future brand positioning, identify and create analysis based of these findings. Define marketing objectives focusing on financial communication, covering different areas, such as: building brand awareness, shifting customer perception, generating business leads, increasing sales volume, saving operation cost, improving customer retention and boosting customer satisfaction. Measure and report progress towards marketing objectives. Identify and define key performance indicators (KPIs) for customer attitudes, behavior and future needs for our products and services.

Requirement :

Bachelor in Marketing or Psychology with minor in Advertising, and; completed 3.0 credit hours on each course in Media Strategy and Macroeconomics or Microeconomics. 8:00 a.m. to 4:00 p.m. Monday through Friday. Salary for
