Monday-Friday, 8:30 AM-5:00 PM with a 1-hour lunch Hybrid schedule with 2 days in the office each week, Tuesday-Thursday .

About The Company:

Our client is a well-established professional organization within the healthcare and education sector. The organization provides educational programs, professional resources, and industry support to a large membership base of healthcare professionals across the country and internationally. We are seeking a Temporary Marketing Specialist to support the promotion of educational programs, courses, webinars, and other learning opportunities. This position will coordinate marketing initiatives from planning through execution, ensuring campaigns are organized, delivered on schedule, and aligned with established marketing goals. You should be comfortable balancing multiple deadlines while maintaining strong attention to detail. This role offers the opportunity to work across a variety of marketing channels, including email, web, social media, digital advertising, and print.

Key Responsibilities:

Coordinate marketing campaigns supporting educational courses, programs, webinars, and digital learning opportunities. Manage project schedules, deadlines, approvals, deliverables, and follow-up activities across multiple initiatives. Partner with internal departments and outside vendors to keep marketing projects progressing toward launch. Organize and facilitate recurring project meetings, including preparing updates, documenting action items, and tracking deadlines. Create and refine promotional messaging for email campaigns, websites, social media, and other marketing materials. Assist with developing and launching targeted email campaigns, including audience selection and segmentation. Coordinate website and digital content updates to ensure information remains accurate and consistent. Review campaign and registration reporting to identify trends, potential issues, and opportunities for improvement. Maintain project trackers, campaign calendars, shared files, and other marketing documentation. Communicate project status, potential delays, resource needs, and other concerns to appropriate team members. Support additional marketing projects and educational initiatives as needed.

Qualifications:

2-5 years of professional experience in marketing, communications, project coordination, account services, or a related area. Background supporting multi-channel marketing campaigns or communications initiatives. Strong organizational and project management skills with the ability to juggle multiple priorities. Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Experience working with cross-functional teams and external partners. Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related discipline preferred; equivalent experience may be considered. Proficiency with Microsoft 365, including Outlook, Teams, Word, Excel, and PowerPoint. Experience with Monday.com and HubSpot is a plus!

Additional Details:

Initial assignment is expected to last 3+ months . Business casual work environment. This is a hands-on role with significant responsibility for coordinating marketing projects and keeping campaigns on track. The position is ideal for someone who enjoys a combination of marketing execution, project management, content development, and cross-functional collaboration.
