Hanover, Maryland Compensation & Benefits:

Commission-based pay structure. Average representatives earn $800-$1,200 per week. Top representatives earn $1,200-$2,500+ per week. Paid training ensures you're set up for success. Full benefits package including health, dental, vision insurance and 401K with 3% match. Opportunities for advancement and relocation for high-performing reps.

Key Responsibilities:

Represent brands at events in high-traffic retail locations Engage with customers, present products, and drive Marketing efforts Create memorable experiences for customers to increase brand loyalty Set up and maintain event displays to attract customers Meet daily, weekly, and campaign goals Learn and use proven Marketing techniques and customer engagement strategies Work with the team to improve event outcomes

What We're Looking For:

Qualifications :
