Job Description

Pure Energy Window Company, a premier Michigan based home improvement company, is looking to expand our telemarketing department. We are currently looking for 2 telemarketers that are self motivated, well spoken and upbeat individuals. Amazing pay structure!! We offer an hourly rate plus weekly and monthly bonuses. This isn't your typical telemarketing position. You will be contacting previous customers along with rescheduling appointments with potential new customers. Current employees are averaging $16 - $35 an hour. If you have experience in telemarketing and you are looking for a pay structure that fits your talent this is the place for you!!!

Responsibilities:
Schedule qualified appointments with prospective clients over the phone Educate prospective clients on products and services Overcome objections Perform other duties as assigned by manager Maintain a clean & respectable appearance at work
Qualifications:
MUST have excellent communication and written skills Previous experience in telemarketing or canvassing Strong negotiation skills Ability to build rapport with clients
