Anchor Health Homecare Services is seeking motivated individuals to support our growing operations in Lansing, Michigan. This is a great opportunity for a self-starter who enjoys being out in the field, building relationships, and driving referrals in the healthcare space.

Responsibilities:

Build and maintain referral relationships Conduct in-person outreach to hospitals, clinics, community partners, and referral sources Promote Anchor Health's homecare services to generate Start of Care (SOC) referrals Track outreach efforts and report activity and results Work independently to grow territory with minimal provided leads

Compensation & Benefits:

$50,000-60,000 annually Commission paid per Start of Care Opportunity to grow with a rapidly expanding homecare organization

Requirements:

Must have a reliable car and valid driver's license Comfortable working independently with limited leads provided Strong communication and interpersonal skills English required - Bilingual preferred Previous healthcare or field marketing experience preferred but not required If you are driven, goal-oriented, and ready to build a territory from the ground up, we'd love to hear from you.

$24.00 - $28.00 per hour
