Program Launch Marketing Specialist (Part-Time / Contract) Help launch programs that strengthen families and build community. The Village Lees Summit is looking for a creative, hands-on marketer to help launch new programs from the ground up. This is not a role for someone who wants to simply manage social media or write strategy documents. We're looking for someone who loves rolling up their sleeves, solving problems, and making things happen. Our organization exists to help families thrive through programs like postpartum caregiving, children's literacy, parent education, support groups, and community initiatives. As we continue launching new programs, we need someone who can take ownership of the marketing side of each launch. What You'll Do Each program launch is different, but responsibilities may include: Developing and executing launch marketing plans Writing compelling website copy, emails, and landing pages Managing launch timelines and marketing checklists Coordinating photo and video content Creating social media campaigns and promotional content Assisting with Meta and Google Ads Identifying partnerships and community outreach opportunities Helping generate leads and increase program enrollment Tracking results and improving campaigns based on performance Jumping in wherever needed to help make each launch successful Who We're Looking For You might be a great fit if you: Have experience launching products, services, or programs Think strategically but enjoy hands-on execution Are highly organized and self-directed Write clear, compelling marketing copy Enjoy working in a startup environment where every day looks different Care deeply about strengthening families and making a meaningful impact Bonus Experience Meta Ads Google Ads Email marketing Copywriting Landing page optimization Graphic design (Canva or Adobe) Photography or content creation Nonprofit or mission-driven marketing Position Details Part-time contract position Flexible schedule Mostly remote, with occasional local meetings or content creation in the Lee's Summit, Missouri area Opportunity for additional hours as the organization grows If you're energized by building something meaningful, love bringing ideas to life, and want your work to have a lasting impact on families, we'd love to hear from you.
