Exteriors By Global Home , a trusted name in high-end roofing, siding, windows, doors, and gutters for over 25 years, is seeking full-time and part-time Brand Ambassadors to represent our company at events and retail locations. This is a customer-facing, event-based role where you'll engage homeowners, introduce our products and services, and generate qualified leads for our sales team. No prior sales experience is required— we provide paid training . What You'll Do Represent Exteriors By Global Home Here at home shows, festivals, street fairs, canvassing events, and select Costco locations Engage with potential customers and start friendly, professional conversations Share information about our products and services Generate qualified leads by identifying interested homeowners Travel to assigned event and retail locations Stand and remain active for extended periods during shifts (typically 6+ hours , with or without reasonable accommodation) Pay & Compensation $18 per hour base pay + Commission Commission paid Monthly , based on company guidelines Earnings are a combination of hourly pay and commission; total weekly earnings will vary based on individual performance, events worked, and customer engagement Paid training at the hourly rate Benefits & Perks Opportunities for growth within the company Mileage reimbursement for travel outside a 30-mile radius Weekly Pay Company Trip Flexible scheduling Paid training For eligible full-time employees: Medical, dental, and health insurance 401(k) with company match Flexible spending account Paid time off Retirement plan Qualifications Outgoing personality with strong communication skills Comfortable engaging with the public in busy environments Reliable transportation and a valid driver's license (required) Willingness to travel to various event and retail locations Weekend availability preferred (some events require weekends) Sales or marketing experience is a plus, but not required
