On-Site only (Not Remote) Job Overview Kona Surf Co. is seeking a hands-on Creative Designer to join our team in Wildwood, NJ. This role focuses on graphic design, photography, and short-form video creation to support our apparel, surf products, website, and marketing campaigns. This is an on-site position for someone who enjoys working across multiple creative formats and bringing ideas to life. Candidates must be local or able to commute. Responsibilities Design graphics for website, email, social media, and marketing materials Create and edit short-form video content (TikTok, Instagram Reels, YouTube Shorts) Capture product, lifestyle, and model photography Edit photo and video content for digital use Support creative concepts for product launches and campaigns Assist with visual content for website pages and landing pages Maintain consistent brand visuals across all platforms Collaborate with a small, fast-paced creative Qualifications Strong graphic design skills (Adobe Photoshop & Illustrator required) Experience with photography and basic video production Ability to edit short-form video content Strong eye for layout, color, and branding Organized, detail-oriented, and self-motivated Comfortable handling multiple projects at once Works well in a small team environment Preferred Skills Video editing experience (Premiere Pro, Final Cut, or similar) Website or landing page design experience Basic
