Job Summary:

We are seeking a Marketing Execution Contractor to support industry-focused marketing programs, events, and digital initiatives. This role will manage event execution from planning through post-event follow-up while partnering with marketing, sales, vendors, and internal teams.

Key Responsibilities:

Plan and execute industry-focused events and digital marketing programs. Coordinate with internal teams to secure speakers, content, and event resources. Manage vendors, agencies, booth builds, and event production. Handle procurement processes, contracts, POs, and vendor onboarding. Partner with sales teams to support lead capture and follow-up. Track post-event results, industry insights, and pipeline impact.

Qualifications:

3-5+ years of experience in event marketing or field marketing . Strong project management and organizational skills. Experience working with sales, marketing teams, vendors, and external partners. Understanding of industry/vertical-focused marketing campaigns. Excellent communication and attention to detail. Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, highly matrixed environment. NIT01

Up to $34.80 per hour Expected hours: 40.0 per week
