Pad Requirements:

Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field. 2-4 years of marketing experience; home services, HVAC, or trades experience preferred. Experience creating video, photo, and graphic content. Comfortable on camera with a confident on-screen presence. Experience managing social media for a business or brand. Highly organized with the ability to manage multiple projects, events, and deadlines. Collaborative, proactive, and dependable with strong follow-through.

Bonus Skills:

Experience with Google Ads, Meta Ads, or Local Services Ads. Familiarity with ServiceTitan or similar CRM and marketing attribution tools. Experience using Chirip or similar SMS/marketing automation platforms. Proficiency with Adobe Creative Suite, Canva, CapCut, or similar design and video editing software.

Position Summary:

Join Tuck & Howell Plumbing, Heating & Air as our Marketing Specialist and earn up to $55K annually plus commissions while helping one of Upstate South Carolina's most trusted home service brands grow its reach and impact. You'll bring marketing campaigns to life through social media, community events, digital marketing, content creation, and brand awareness initiatives that directly generate new customers across four growing locations. Core Responsibilities:

Assist with paid media campaigns, including PPC, Local Services Ads, and paid social. Help build, launch, and track marketing campaigns across multiple locations. Monitor campaign performance and prepare marketing reports. Maintain Google Business Profiles, online directories, and location listings. Coordinate community events, trade shows, and lead-generation campaigns. Manage event logistics, branded materials, and promotional assets. Represent the company at community events and local sponsorships. Support new location launches and digital marketing initiatives. Create and manage email and SMS marketing campaigns in Chirip. Manage daily social media content, scheduling, and audience engagement. Produce original photo, video, graphic, and written content. Serve as an on-camera representative for social media and marketing campaigns. Collaborate with the Marketing Manager and agency partners to execute company marketing strategies.

Up to $55,000.00 per year
