Job Summary Due to explosive growth and record sales, Camden Chevrolet a proud member of the Camden Team is looking for an Upgrade Specialist / Customer Service Representative to join our team. As an Upgrade Specialist / Customer Service/Sales Representative, you will be responsible for providing Excellent customer service and sales support to our clients. Responsibilities
  • Answering customer inquiries via phone Providing product and service information to customers
  • Processing orders, forms, applications, and requests
  • Handling customer complaints and resolving issues in a timely manner
  • Selling products and services to customers Qualifications
  • High school diploma or equivalent required
  • Prior experience in customer service or sales preferred
  • Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written

  • Strong problem-solving skills We are seeking a motivated and enthusiastic Sales Associate to join our retail team.
The ideal candidate will possess excellent communication skills and a passion for providing exceptional customer service. As a Sales Associate, you will be responsible for engaging with customers, demonstrating product features, and driving sales through effective upselling techniques. Your role will be vital in creating a positive shopping experience that encourages repeat business. Duties Greet customers warmly and assist them in their shopping experience. Conduct product demonstrations to showcase features and benefits. Utilize effective sales techniques to upsell products and enhance customer satisfaction. Maintain knowledge of current promotions, sales, and inventory levels. Process transactions accurately using the Point of Sale (POS) system. Assist in stocking shelves and organizing merchandise to ensure a well-presented store environment. Perform basic math calculations for transactions and inventory management. Communicate effectively with team members and management to ensure smooth operations. Qualifications Previous experience in retail sales is preferred but not required. Strong communication skills with the ability to engage customers effectively. Basic math skills for handling transactions and inventory counts. Familiarity with retail math concepts is a plus. Ability to work as part of a team while also being self-motivated. Willingness to learn about products and services offered by the store.
