Job Description

Job Summary We are seeking an energetic, creative, and hands-on Entry-Level Field Marketing & Community Outreach Specialist to bring our brand to life across the DFW community! In this dual-threat role, you will be our brand ambassador on the ground—setting up engaging outdoor community booths, managing local pop-ups, and capturing dynamic short-form video content (Reels, TikToks, Shorts) to drive brand awareness and store traffic. This position is an exciting mix of grassroots field marketing, event execution, and digital content creation. It is ideal for an ambitious early-career professional or intern who loves being out in the community, interacting with people, and crafting compelling social media content. Key Responsibilities Outdoor Community Engagement & Booth Setup Transport, assemble, and tear down promotional marketing setups (tents, banners, tables, signage, and interactive games) for outdoor events, festivals, and community pop-ups across DFW. Act as the lead brand ambassador at community events—actively approaching attendees, sharing brand details, handing out promotional materials/flyers, and capturing guest lead information. Coordinate logistics for field setups, ensuring all event collateral, swag, and tech are packed, functional, and organized prior to event dates. Content Creation & Social Media (Reels & Short-Form Video) Shoot, edit, and publish high-energy, engaging short-form video content (Instagram Reels, TikToks, YouTube Shorts) highlighting community events, outdoor pop-ups, store experiences, and team interactions. Capture high-quality live event footage, behind-the-scenes content, and quick video testimonials from community members and event attendees. Stay current with trending audio, viral formats, and social media tactics to boost local DFW reach and audience engagement. In-Store Execution & Visual Merchandising Support store locations with Point of Purchase (POP) display setups, seasonal decor, and visual merchandising updates. Perform routine store walkthroughs across DFW locations to ensure signage, promotional displays, and marketing materials align with brand standards. Assist local store teams with campaign toolkits and local promotional executions. Local Partnerships & Event Support Research and identify upcoming DFW community events, street fairs, school functions, and local festivals for potential booth partnerships. Build relationships with local community groups, influencers, and nearby businesses for cross-promotional opportunities. Track basic event metrics (booth visitor traffic, leads captured, social engagement views) to report on campaign success.
