This position is well suited for someone who enjoys building relationships, working with clients, and managing multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment. In this role, you will work with both existing and prospective customers to support their ground transportation needs. You will be responsible for developing and managing your own portfolio of accounts while working closely with a team. Business development will include a combination of inside and outside sales. Responsibilities Develop relationships with new clients. Proactively identify and develop new business opportunities. Build and manage a portfolio of local and national accounts. Work with clients to understand their transportation needs and provide appropriate solutions. Address client service issues and follow through to resolution. Build strong, long-term customer relationships. Collaborate with team members to provide a high level of service. Participate in ongoing coaching and professional development. Qualifications Previous experience in sales, marketing, or business development preferred. Strong communication and customer service skills. Excellent attention to detail and organizational abilities. Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment. Confident decision-making and problem-solving skills. Familiarity with social media and its use in a business environment. Self-motivated, dependable, and comfortable working both independently and as part of a team. Positive attitude and willingness to learn.
