What You'll Do Build relationships with customers throughout the vehicle-buying process Generate new business through networking, referrals, community involvement, and social media Create engaging social content featuring inventory, dealership happenings, and your personal sales brand Respond quickly and professionally to internet and social media leads Follow up consistently with prospects and previous customers Learn our vehicle lineup, available technology, and financing options Maintain a strong customer experience from first contact through delivery and beyond Work toward individual sales and performance goals Who We're Looking For Motivated, competitive, and comfortable working toward performance-based goals Strong communication and relationship-building skills Comfortable using Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, or other social platforms Creative mindset with an interest in marketing and personal brand development Professional appearance and communication Self-starter who doesn't need to wait for opportunities to come to them Bachelor's or Associate's degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field preferred, but not required Sales experience is a plus, but we are willing to train the right person This Could Be a Great Fit If You...
