This role focuses on CRM operations, cross-team coordination, and content that drives leads and brand awareness.

Key Responsibilities Lead Salesforce operations:

data integrity, reporting, functionality, and user training. Partner with Sales, Logistics, and Customer Service to support digital and sales goals. Train teams on digital platforms and best practices Analyze customer surveys and campaign performance to guide improvements.

Manage website content:

news, certifications, product docs, and digital assets. Create and publish email and web content; coordinate approvals and launches!

Requirements:

BS in Marketing or related field Strong Salesforce experience Fluent in English and Spanish Experience with email marketing, CMS/website, and CRM reporting Strong organization, project management, and data analysis skills Front-end web experience; Adobe Creative Suite (InDesign, Illustrator) Nice to

Have:

Basic SEO/SEM knowledge. Limited social / paid media as needed.
