At LPI, our strength lies in our people—Texans committed to excellence in every project. Be part of a company where your skills make a difference and your work builds communities. The Marketing Content Creator will serve as a primary visual storyteller for our commercial brands, capturing the people, projects, and experiences that represent our companies. Organize and maintain the company's photo and video library to ensure digital assets are properly stored, labeled, and easily accessible. Draft social media captions and assist with scheduling and publishing content across company social media channels. Maintain consistent branding across marketing materials by following established guidelines for graphics, layouts, colors, fonts, photography, video, and messaging. Create and edit branded marketing assets using Adobe Creative Cloud, Canva, and other approved platforms. Assist with company newsletters and other internal and external communications. Coordinate routine marketing needs, including business cards, promotional items, company store orders, inventory, and vendor relationships. Collaborate with the Director of Marketing to support marketing campaigns, recruiting initiatives, company events, and other strategic priorities. Manage multiple content projects, production schedules, and deadlines with minimal supervision. Travel regularly to jobsites and company locations throughout Texas. Perform other duties as assigned. Required Qualifications 1-2 years of relevant experience in videography, digital media, content creation, social media, marketing, or a related field. Relevant education may be considered in combination with experience. Portfolio or demo reel demonstrating video content personally shot and edited by the applicant. Experience operating professional or prosumer camera equipment, including Sony FX and Alpha cameras, DJI Ronin gimbals, or comparable equipment. Working proficiency in Adobe Premiere Pro and After Effects. Experience shooting in S-Log or comparable log formats and color grading log footage. Demonstrated photography skills with a strong understanding of composition, lighting, framing, and visual storytelling. Ability to independently manage multiple projects, priorities, and deadlines. Strong organizational skills and attention to detail. Valid Texas driver's license and a driving record that meets company requirements. Ability and willingness to travel regularly to jobsites and company locations throughout Texas.
