Role Overview As Media Buyer at Dava, you will own paid advertising for Dava Studios across Meta, Google, and TikTok. This is hands-on work — you'll be in the ad accounts daily: building campaigns, testing creative and audiences, managing budgets, and driving measurable revenue growth. You'll set strategy with leadership and execute it yourself. We're looking for someone who understands the creator industry — this is a requirement, not a preference. Seven-plus years into the brand, Dava is scaling fast, and paid ads is central to that growth. This is an in-house role based in our Orem, Utah office.

Pay breakdowns:

Dava operates on a bi-weekly 26 paycheck payroll schedule. Starting pay ranges from $25 to $32 an hour. Key Responsibilities Own Meta, Google, and TikTok Ads end to end — strategy, campaign builds, audience testing, budget management, and ROAS accountability Write and direct ad creative — hooks, copy, and concepts — working with our designers and editors on assets Run structured creative and audience testing frameworks; kill losers fast and scale winners Build and optimize landing pages tied to campaigns, with ongoing conversion rate optimization Own tracking, attribution, and reporting — build dashboards and report CAC, ROAS, and LTV to leadership Stay current on platform changes, betas, and best practices Use AI tools as a multiplier for output — not a replacement for judgment Must-Haves 2-4+ years running paid ads on Meta and/or Google with real budgets — you connect ad spend to revenue and can show the numbers Fluent in CAC, ROAS, and LTV — you optimize to profit, not vanity metrics TikTok Ads experience a plus; eager to learn new platforms Strong ad copywriting — you know what stops the scroll Deep understanding of creators, influencers, and the social media landscape Hands-on with Meta Ads Manager, Google Ads, GA4, and tools like Canva and Claude (or similar) Highly organized and obsessive about follow-through Self-directed — you find the leak in the funnel without being asked Nice-to-Haves Landing page / funnel experience (Webflow or similar) Experience advertising services or SaaS (vs. only ecommerce) Associate or Bachelor's degree in a related field — or an equivalent proven track record Why Join Dava?
