QUALIFICATIONS

Bachelor's degree in business, Computer Science, or Engineering, Information Systems, or adjacent degree and relevant work experience. 10 years related experience required in Product Management or Product Development, consumer digital products experience required. Strong understanding of agile practices including backlog management and prior experience working with Project Management; deep prior experience managing and directing vendor relationships Knowledge of UX / UI and consumer research best practices as it relates to successful product development Knowledge of camera tracking, LiDAR, GPS, RTK technologies preferred Ability to use script languages a plus Understanding cloud-based architecture required Extensive golf knowledge and interest in golf required; preferred knowledge in

RESPONSIBILITIES/DUTIES

Define product vision, strategy, and milestones; manage the design and implementation of applications (hardware and / or software) across suite of ShotLink services Communicate and collaborate with stakeholders to develop digital products and services; works closely with developers, vendors, designers, and end users to continually improve product and advance product roadmap Manage overall product roadmap, communicate milestones and value drops, proactively engage with stakeholders for continuous feedback loop Lead development of product including software and hardware, taking milestones from larger organization and leadership, distill into meaningful applications and experiences that satisfy TOUR priorities Manage backlog and work closely with Project Managers to effectively communicate needs and timelines Act as the 'voice of the user' for scoring tech, tournament producers, scoring officials, tournament staff to build tools that support their work Translate end user needs into tangible applications, utilizing user research to validate business requirements Advocate for use of current and upcoming technologies, understand when to implement new and when to upgrade current Build strong relationships across golf technology and adjacent departments; effectively collaborate and influence laterally and to leadership Some travel required Special projects or other duties as assigned.
