Analytics Consultant#26-08238 Charlotte, NC Saint Louis, MO Irving, TX West Des Moines, IA Tempe, AZ Minneapolis, MN Onsite Contract Starts 9/07/2026 Ends 6/07/2027 Job Description Genesis10 is currently seeking an Analytics Consultant for a contract position with a Global Financial Institution located in Minneapolis, MN; Tempe, AZ; West Des Moines, IA; Irving, TX; Charlotte, NC; or Saint Louis, MO. This is a 9 month contract opportunity. In this role, you will consult onplex initiatives with broad impact and large-scale planning for Analytics. The ideal candidate will review and analyzeplex, multi-faceted analytics challenges and contribute to the resolution of situations requiring a solid understanding of function, policies, procedures, andpliance requirements. This position requires demonstrated accountability for analytical models, experience in governed environments, and the ability to manageplex projects with multiple stakeholders.
Responsibilities:
Consult onplex initiatives with broad impact and large-scale planning for Analytics Review and analyzeplex multi-faceted, larger scale or longer-term Analytics challenges that require in-depth evaluation of multiple factors Contribute to the resolution ofplex and multi-faceted situations requiring solid understanding of the function, policies, procedures, andpliance requirements Strategically collaborate and consult with client personnel Demonstrate accountability for analytical or quantitative models across implementation, maintenance, and controlled change processes Independently challenge model assumptions and interpret outputs Perform data analysis and validation using SQL in Teradata environments Analyze large datasets to identify trends, issues, and insights supporting business decisions Monitor, validate, and report on data quality metrics including accuracy,pleteness, and timeliness Conduct root cause analysis for data quality issues and partner with stakeholders to drive resolution Manageplex projects with multiple stakeholders across technology, data, and business teams Coordinate timelines, deliverables, dependencies, and risk issues to successfulpletion
Requirements:
5 years of Analytics experience, or equivalent demonstrated through one or abination of the following: work or consulting experience, training, military experience, education Experience operating within governed environments requiring formal documentation, controls, and audit readiness Proficient in performing data analysis and validation using SQL in Teradata environments Strong capability to conduct root cause analysis for data quality issues Proven experience managingplex projects with multiple stakeholders Ability to clearly and accurately articulateplex issues, risks, and propose solutions to various levels of staff and management through excellent verbal, written, and interpersonalmunication skills Desired skills: 7 years of experience in analytics, model development, or related roles within financial services or risk management Bachelor's degree in a quantitative discipline (Statistics, Mathematics, Computer Science, Economics); advanced degree preferred Proven experience as a model owner or developer for financial crimes or AML models Strong proficiency in SQL and Python Familiarity with big data tools and experience working with large financial institution data Knowledge of AML transaction monitoring and regulatory requirements (BSA, USA PATRIOT Act) Familiarity with Oracle Platforms Pay range: $43.13 - $51.13 per hour Only candidates available and ready to work directly as Genesis10 employees will be considered for this position.
