About the role:

Product Manager - 12 Months Glen Allen, VA This Product Manager role is part of the Operations Technology Solutions team within Electric Transmission.

Key Responsibilities:

You will manage one or more bespoke digital products developed in-house and by third-party partners, guiding products from ideation through development, testing, deployment, support, measurement, and continuous improvement. You will define product vision and roadmaps, prioritize needs, manage backlogs, champion users, coordinate internal teams and vendors, track product performance and value, and support regulatory, cybersecurity, and data-governance requirements. You will also help strengthen product management culture, practices, and methods within the organization.

Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree preferred, or an equivalent combination of education and demonstrated related experience. Five or more years of related product management or comparable experience. Experience with digital product lifecycle management, including strategy, roadmap, backlog, delivery, deployment, and optimization.
