full-time Senior Analytics Manager (Contract) - Remote (East Coast Preferred) I'm partnering with a leading life sciences company to hire a Senior Analytics Manager for a maternity leave coverage contract. We're looking for an experienced analytics professional with expertise in Customer Journey Analytics, Patient 360, Commercial Analytics, or Customer Experience Analytics . This person will work closely with Commercial Analytics, Marketing, Sales Operations, Data Engineering, and Analytics Engineering teams to define KPIs, shape analytical products, and support business decision-making. Requirements
- Experience with Customer Journey Analytics, Funnel Analytics, Lifecycle Analytics, Patient 360, or Customer Experience Analytics
- Strong background defining KPIs, business metrics, calculation logic, and analytical requirements
- Ability to translate business questions into analytical frameworks and technical requirements
- Experience working with Data Engineering and Analytics Engineering teams
- Hands-on Tableau experience, including dashboard development, testing, and validation
- Strong stakeholder management and cross-functional collaboration skills Ideal Backgrounds
