Full Time, Monday-Friday, 8:00am-4:30pm Globus Global Safety, Inc. (GGS) is looking for a motivated, detail-oriented individual to join our product management team. Based in Ramsey, Minnesota, GGS provides personal protective equipment (PPE), including work gloves, high-visibility safety apparel, safety eyewear, head protection, and more. We serve authorized distribution partners with products designed to help protect workers across a wide range of industries.

Summary/Objective:

This position supports the product management team by maintaining accurate product information, coordinating product updates and launches, conducting research and analysis, and helping implement process improvements. The ideal candidate works well independently and with others, follows through on details, and is eager to learn about our products and business.

Essential Functions:

The ability to rely on experience and judgment to plan and accomplish assigned tasks and goals. Some of the tasks, but not limited to, are: Create, compile, and maintain accurate product information across our ERP, PIM, and marketing systems. Work closely with product development, product management, and quality control teams. Coordinate assigned project tasks, track timelines, and follow up with team members to keep work moving toward completion. Conduct market research and perform competitive analysis. Track incoming new products and running changes to existing products, helping ensure related information and teams stay up to date. Assist in product launches. Perform product cost analysis. Assist in regular reviews of product performance, including sales and margins. Support product lifecycle activities, from introduction and ongoing updates through discontinuation. Assist the marketing department with product demonstrations and supporting information for marketing videos. Identify opportunities to improve product data accuracy, workflows, and team efficiency. Perform other related duties as assigned.

Minimum Education:

High school diploma or GED.

Minimum Experience:

Two years of experience in manufacturing, distribution, product support, project coordination, or a related field.

Required Skills and Abilities:

Strong verbal and written communication and presentation skills. Ability to collaborate across departments and work independently. Strong organizational and time-management skills, with the ability to prioritize multiple projects and adapt to changing needs. Ability to organize and interpret data and translate findings into practical recommendations. Strong problem-solving skills and sound business judgment. Interest in improving processes and following improvements through implementation. Willingness to learn about products, customer needs, and industry trends. Ability to think creatively and recommend practical solutions. Strong attention to detail and commitment to accurate, complete work.

Preferred Qualifications:

Associate's or bachelor's degree. Experience with Epicor Prophet 21 or another ERP system. Experience with Adobe Acrobat, Photoshop, and Illustrator.
