Back US- Product Manager (Mid) Product Owners / Managers / Specialists Creve Coeur , MO Contract Sep 30, 2026 Technical Product Manager - Platform Services Location St. Louis, Missouri Supports distributed engineering and product teams across multiple Agile Release Trains (ARTs). Overview This opportunity supports a leading global agriculture technology organization developing digital agronomic solutions and foundational application platforms. The Technical Product Manager will own the strategy, roadmap, execution, and enterprise adoption of shared platform services, partnering directly with architects, engineers, security teams, and product stakeholders across a 300+ engineer digital organization. Must-Have Domains Technical Product Management & Platform Strategy Identity & Access Management (IAM) SAFe / Agile Software Delivery Core Responsibilities Own the vision, strategy, roadmap, and multi-PI direction for internal platforms and shared services, balancing new capabilities, technical debt, and organizational adoption. Drive PI Planning and execution readiness by developing high-quality Features, User Stories, technical requirements, acceptance criteria, dependencies, and prioritized backlogs. Partner with architects and senior engineers on technical design reviews involving authentication, authorization, security patterns, architectural trade-offs, and cross-team dependencies. Lead stakeholder alignment and platform adoption across seven Agile Release Trains, including onboarding, migration planning, documentation, blocker resolution, and developer experience improvements. Define and track platform success metrics, including adoption, integration time, incident rates, usage patterns, developer satisfaction, and operational performance. Must-Have Experience 5+ years of experience as a Technical Product Manager, Product Owner, or equivalent role within software or platform engineering. Demonstrated experience owning product strategy and execution for internal platforms or shared services, including roadmaps, backlog management, and cross-team adoption. Strong technical fluency in IAM or comparable platform domains, with the ability to understand code, review implementation details, and participate meaningfully in architecture and engineering discussions. Advanced degree such as an MBA or M.S., or equivalent experience, preferred.
