As a member of our team, you will play a pivotal role in bridging technical expertise and customer engagement. You will be responsible for understanding client needs, articulating the value of our products and solutions, and supporting the sales process from technical evaluation through to successful implementation. Your day-to-day activities will include conducting product demonstrations, responding to technical inquiries, crafting tailored solutions, and collaborating with both our sales and engineering teams to ensure customer satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities:
  • Engage with prospective and existing clients to assess requirements and recommend appropriate solutions
  • Deliver compelling presentations and demonstrations showcasing product capabilities and benefits
  • Provide technical guidance and support throughout the sales cycle, including RFP responses and solution design
  • Collaborate closely with internal teams to ensure seamless integration and delivery of solutions
  • Stay informed on industry trends and competitor products to maintain a high level of expertise
  • Support post-sale activities, including onboarding, training, and troubleshooting as needed
  • Develop and maintain technical documentation to assist both clients and internal stakeholders
Qualifications:
  • Bachelors degree in engineering, science, technology, or a related field preferred
  • Proven experience in a technical sales or customer-facing engineering role
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to explain complex concepts clearly
  • Demonstrated problem-solving abilities and attention to detail
  • Familiarity with environmental sampling, laboratory processes, or related industries is a plus
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative team in a fast-paced environment
