WHAT YOU'LL DO

Here's what you can expect on a typical day: Lead and develop a team of Product Managers Own backlog prioritization and roadmap planning for GenesysCloud and IVR-related products Partner with internal stakeholders to gather enhancement requests and business requirements Translate business needs into clear product requirements and user stories Drive prioritization decisions based on business impact and strategic goals Collaborate with technology, operations, and customer experience teams to deliver product enhancements Communicate roadmap priorities, tradeoffs, and outcomes to stakeholders and leadership Monitor product performance and identify opportunities for continuous improvement

TO SUCCEED IN THIS ROLE

You'll have a Bachelor's degree OR equivalent. 8+ years of Product Management experience Experience leading Product Managers or Product Owners Hands-on experience with GenesysCloud (GenCloud) Experience supporting IVR, voice automation, self-service, or contact center technologies Strong backlog management and roadmap ownership experience Proven ability to gather requirements and influence stakeholders across the organization Experience working within Agile environments What are you waiting for?
