Support and lead the overall vision and roadmap for all Personalization and MarTech products by collaborating with Solution Architects, Value Stream Owners, business stakeholders, and others to lead the ideation, technical development, and launch of new features and capabilities.
Collaborates with business stakeholders to define and prioritize the features and epics which yield the highest business benefit for the organization.
Supports internal teams and suppliers/advertisers as an all-around product resource explaining and clarifying functionality, demonstrating benefits, and communicating new ideas to help grow the business.
Collaborates with Architects to understand the need to address technical debt and support technical innovation.
Leads activities to support the delivery of new functionality including product launch communications, training materials, user acceptance testing, business validation, success criteria measurement and analysis, and post-deployment analysis to identify improvements.
Participates in program ceremonies (e.g., product increment planning sessions, retrospectives, etc.).
Facilitates system demos to demonstrate the enablement of new features and capabilities integrated across several products to program stakeholders.
Coordinates the development and maintenance of a given product through the collaboration and partnership with internal customers, vendors, and strategic partners.
Defines the product roadmap and collaborates with Product Owners and Release Managers to create release plans and backlogs.
Writes features and success criteria with key stakeholders and business leaders.
Refines the product roadmap based on insights gained from customer feedback.
Facilitates Product Owner "Scrum-of-Scrum" meetings to drive alignment across product teams and assess and review scope adjustments.
Makes final business decisions related to the product with input from business and technology stakeholders.
Collaborates with business stakeholders to identify and explore new opportunities (e.g., promotions, partnerships) to extend products to new customers, verticals, and late adopters.
Demonstrates thought leadership and champions the product vision across the company.
Observes procedures and practices, actively looking for process improvements and makes recommendations for changes that will provide labor and cost savings.
This is a temporary position for six months with a tentative start date of August 03.

Strategy & Roadmap:
Own the end-to-end product strategy and roadmap for Personalization and MarTech initiatives, ensuring alignment with Costco's business goals.
Cross-Functional Leadership:
Act as the bridge between business, IT, and finance. Partner with Product Owners, eCommerce teams, and Retail Media operators to define features and validate solutions.
Agile Collaboration:
Lead and participate in product management meetings, sprint planning, and backlog refinement sessions to guide technical teams toward a unified vision.
Business Case Development:
Craft technically and financially sound business plans, proposals, and action plans informed by industry best practices and past performance data. Qualifications
Domain Knowledge:
Strong understanding of Personalization in a Retail Space and the overlapping priorities between eCommerce, digital marketing, Retail Media networks, and Data Science.
Technical & Business Fluency:
Ability to communicate effortlessly with both highly technical engineers and business/finance executives.
Mindset:
A strategic self-starter who thrives in collaborative environments and is comfortable driving clarity in a fast-paced, evolving space. Experience, Skills, Education & Licenses/Certifications Required
5+ Years in MarTech or AdTech product management, preferably within a retail media application.
Demonstrated history of developing MarTech solutions in a Adobe environment with proven experience in Adobe Experience Cloud suite (specifically Adobe Target, Adobe Journey Optimizer (AJO), and Adobe Experience Manager (AEM)).
Strong understanding of media performance, optimization, and campaign data visualization.
Strong verbal and written skills in small and large group settings.
Entrepreneur/owner mentality with passion for driving growth.
Ability to work in a "startup" setting with limited direction.
Adept at solving problems that span business and technology.
Demonstrated ability to drive alignment and foster transparent partnerships with a wide variety of stakeholders.
