This role is ideal for someone who understands social media trends, enjoys creating short-form video content, and knows how to present products and brands in a polished, engaging way. You will create and manage content across Instagram, Facebook, and TikTok while working closely with our team to promote professional beauty equipment, product demonstrations, training classes, events, and special offers. Key Responsibilities

• Create engaging Reels, short-form videos, Stories, posts, and other social media content
• Manage and maintain content across Instagram, Facebook, and TikTok
• Develop creative content ideas based on current social media and beauty trends
• Write engaging captions, promotional copy, and calls to action
• Film and edit product demonstrations, educational content, promotional videos, and behind-the-scenes content
• Engage with followers through comments, messages, and other social interactions
• Help turn social media engagement and inquiries into qualified leads
• Track content performance, engagement, leads, and campaign results
• Maintain a consistent and professional brand image across social platforms
• Collaborate with the sales and management team on promotions, events, classes, and product launches
• Be comfortable appearing on camera when needed Qualifications
• Experience in social media marketing, content creation, or digital marketing preferred
• Strong understanding of Instagram, TikTok, Facebook, Reels, and short-form video content
• Good visual sense and ability to create polished, on-brand content
• Basic video editing and content-production skills
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• Creative, organized, dependable, and self-motivated
• Comfortable working independently and managing multiple projects
• Experience in the beauty, aesthetics, spa, skincare, or professional beauty equipment industry is a strong plus
