Primarily In-Person / Studio About the Role A leading professional nail brand is looking for an energetic, outgoing, and knowledgeable TikTok Live Host to become one of the on-camera faces of our brand. This role is perfect for someone who loves beauty, nails, social media, and being on camera. You'll host TikTok LIVE sessions featuring our products, interact with viewers in real time, demonstrate products, answer questions, create excitement, and help turn viewers into customers. We're looking for someone who can stop the scroll. You should be comfortable talking continuously on camera, thinking on your feet, keeping conversations entertaining, and bringing genuine enthusiasm to every LIVE. Nail industry experience is a major plus — licensed nail technicians and experienced nail enthusiasts are strongly encouraged to apply! What You'll Do Host engaging TikTok LIVE shopping sessions featuring our nail industry products. Demonstrate nail products and explain their features, benefits, and proper use. Create an energetic, entertaining atmosphere that captures viewers' attention. Engage with viewers by answering questions and responding to LIVE comments. Encourage audience participation and confidently promote featured products. Communicate promotions, launches, bundles, and special offers during LIVE sessions. Learn and maintain strong knowledge of the company's products. Stay current on TikTok trends, viral content, beauty trends, and nail trends. Collaborate with our marketing and social media teams on LIVE concepts and promotions. Help develop creative ideas, talking points, games, demonstrations, and other ways to keep viewers engaged. Review LIVE performance, including engagement, viewers, clicks, and sales, to identify opportunities for improvement. Represent our prestigious nail brand professionally, enthusiastically, and authentically on camera. Who We're Looking For Our ideal candidate is: Confident and natural on camera. Energetic, personable, outgoing, and entertaining. Comfortable speaking to an audience for extended periods. Able to think quickly and respond naturally during a LIVE broadcast. Knowledgeable or passionate about nails, beauty, and nail products. Comfortable selling products without sounding overly scripted or pushy. Familiar with TikTok, TikTok LIVE, and current social media trends. Able to explain products in an easy-to-understand and exciting way. Dependable and comfortable working independently as well as with a team. Comfortable learning detailed product information. Available for a flexible LIVE schedule when needed. Bonus Qualifications Licensed Nail Technician or professional nail industry experience. Previous TikTok LIVE or livestream hosting experience. Beauty retail or beauty product sales experience. Content creation or influencer experience. Experience with TikTok Shop. Strong knowledge of gel polish, acrylic, Gelly Tips, nail art, nail electronics, or professional nail products. Bilingual English/Spanish is a plus. Work Environment & Schedule This position will primarily work on-site from our studio, where products, equipment, and the LIVE setup will be provided. Occasional at-home LIVE sessions or content may be required depending on campaigns, scheduling, launches, or special events. Flexibility for occasional evening or weekend LIVE sessions may also be needed based on audience activity and campaign needs.
