Along with our trucking fleet, we are expanding our Dispatch Services and CDL School. Our mission is to become one of the most professional, trusted, and innovative brands in the trucking industry. We're looking for a creative, organized, and motivated Content & Brand Coordinator who enjoys telling real stories, creating engaging content, and helping build a strong brand. This is not a traditional social media position. You'll become part of our team and help tell the story of our company through authentic content. Your Mission Help build the United States Trucks brand by creating, publishing, and managing high-quality content that attracts trucking companies, owner-operators, drivers, and CDL students. ResponsibilitiesContent Creation Capture professional photos and videos of our daily operations. Create engaging content for LinkedIn, Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, YouTube Shorts, and Google Business. Produce short-form videos (Reels, Shorts, TikToks). Design graphics, carousels, flyers, and promotional materials using Canva or similar tools. Write captions that reflect our brand voice. Social Media Management Plan and maintain a monthly content calendar. Schedule and publish content across all social media platforms. Monitor engagement and respond when appropriate. Recommend ideas to improve audience growth and engagement. Website & SEO Update website content regularly. Write SEO-friendly blog articles. Help improve our Google search presence. Keep company information current and professional. Brand Storytelling Turn real company operations into engaging content, including: Driver success stories Customer success stories Dispatch operations Safety achievements DOT inspections Fleet growth CDL School training New hires Behind-the-scenes videos Company events Industry updates Learn Our Business We believe great marketing starts with understanding the business. During your first months, you'll spend a minimum of 6-8 hours each week at our office, yard, and CDL School learning how our company operates. You'll work alongside: Dispatchers Company drivers Owner-operators CDL School students and instructors Safety team Maintenance team Operations team Leadership team Your goal is to understand our culture, daily operations, challenges, and successes so you can create authentic content that reflects who we are. We don't want stock marketing—we want real stories from real people. Analytics & Reporting Track and report: Social media growth Engagement Website traffic Lead generation Top-performing content Monthly recommendations Prepare a simple monthly marketing report showing results and opportunities for improvement. Qualifications We're looking for someone with: Experience creating content for social media. Strong writing and communication skills. Experience with Canva or Adobe Express. Experience editing short-form videos (CapCut, Premiere Pro, Final Cut, or similar). Basic SEO knowledge. Experience with WordPress or GoDaddy websites is a plus. Experience using AI tools such as ChatGPT. Excellent organizational skills. Ability to work independently and take ownership. Valid driver's license and ability to travel to our Hesperia location. What Success Looks Like You'll be expected to consistently deliver: 4-5 high-quality social media posts per week 2-3 short-form videos (Reels/Shorts/TikTok) per week 1 LinkedIn article or professional industry post per week 2 SEO blog articles per month Website updates as needed Monthly content calendar Monthly marketing performance report What We're Looking For We are not looking for a marketing consultant or someone who only schedules social media posts.
