We're an established camping and outdoor company with a long history of serving outdoor enthusiasts around the world. Now we're looking for someone who understands modern social media, creator culture, short-form video, online communities, and what makes people stop scrolling. If you're into TikTok, Instagram Reels, YouTube, creators, outdoor adventures, camping, overlanding, or building brands online , this could be a great fit. This is a hands-on role where you'll have the opportunity to create, experiment, test ideas, work with creators, build communities, and help define how our brand shows up online.

What You'll Do:

Own Our Social Presence Help manage and grow Eusebio Sporting across Tiktok, Instagram, Youtube, Facebook & Reddit You'll help plan, create, schedule, publish, and optimize content while constantly looking for new ways to grow the brand. You'll also have room to test new formats, trends, ideas, and platforms. Create Content People Actually Want to Watch Help bring our products and outdoor lifestyle to life through short-form videos, reels and tikToks, product demos, outdoor and lifestyle content, educational videos, behind-the-scenes content, social trends and challenges & creator collaborations You don't need to be a Hollywood filmmaker. We care more about whether you understand what works on social media and why people watch, share, comment, and buy. Build an Outdoor Community Social media isn't just posting content. You'll interact with customers, creators, outdoor enthusiasts, and communities across social platforms and online forums. You'll help start conversations, Respond to comments and DMs Engage with relevant communities Identify trends and conversations happening in the outdoor world Turn followers into real fans of the brand We want Eusebio Sporting to feel like a brand that participates in the outdoor community — not one that just advertises to it. Learn What's Working You'll regularly look at social performance and help answer questions like: What content is growing fastest? What gets people commenting and sharing? What are competitors doing well? What trends should we jump on? What products are people talking about? Which creators should we work with? What should we try next? We want someone who enjoys experimenting, learning, and improving rather than simply posting according to a calendar. What We're Looking For Someone interested in camping, overlanding, hiking, travel, or the outdoor lifestyle Understand TikTok, Instagram, YouTube, and modern social media culture Know what makes short-form content work Have strong creative instincts Can write engaging captions, hooks, and social copy Are comfortable creating or appearing in content when needed Follow social trends, creators, memes, formats, and platform changes Enjoy talking with people online and building communities Can manage multiple projects without losing track of details Most importantly, we're looking for someone who understands the internet, understands people, and has ideas. We'd especially love to hear from you if you have experience with any of the following: Media tools such as Adobe Photoshop, Lightroom, Premiere Pro, Canva, AI tools Running a brand social media account Growing a TikTok or Instagram account Creating Reels, TikToks, or YouTube Shorts Photography or videography Working with influencers or creators Understands SEO / Google Ads / Instagram Ads / Analytics Shopify & Social commerce platforms If you understand social media, have strong creative instincts, and think you could bring something valuable to the brand, we want to hear from you. What Success Looks Like During your first year, you'll help: Grow our social audience and engagement Establish a recognizable brand voice online Create content that consistently performs Build relationships with creators and outdoor communities Develop creator and affiliate partnerships Test new social commerce opportunities Generate useful customer and market insights Turn more outdoor enthusiasts into Eusebio Sporting customers and fans A Few Practical Things This is an onsite full-time position - On occasions, travel may be required to trade shows & events You should also be: Comfortable working on a computer for extended periods Able to occasionally travel within the United States or internationally for business, events, or content opportunities Legally authorized to work in the United States Interested?
