Where You Come In We are seeking an innovative and strategic thinker with a genuine passion for connecting families in need with high-quality home care. In this role, you will play a vital part in identifying, building, and maintaining key relationships within the San Diego community, facilitating seamless access to home care, and promoting awareness of our services. By staying informed on industry trends, regulations, and competitors, you will provide thoughtful, data-driven recommendations to the Director to help our organization maintain its competitive edge. Before and after your field visits, you will work remotely from your home office to manage administrative tasks, digital marketing efforts, and client communications. You will serve as a supportive resource for clients and their families—providing clear information regarding our care services, and addressing their questions and concerns with deep empathy, compassion, and dignity.
Compensation & Benefits Base Salary:
Competitive annual W2 base salary (commensurate with experience).
Performance Bonus:
Eligible for our quarterly performance-based incentive program tied directly to territory referral growth objectives and digital marketing consistency milestones.
Travel Reimbursement:
Standard vehicle/mileage allowance provided for mandatory field travel throughout San Diego County.
Essential Job Functions & Responsibilities Strategic Relationship Management:
Plan and implement targeted marketing strategies to develop and maintain strong partnerships with physicians, nursing homes, hospitals, assisted living facilities, and clinics across the San Diego area.
Referral Collaboration:
Work closely with case managers, social workers, and healthcare professionals to identify potential clients and facilitate smooth, timely care referrals.
Social Media & Digital Marketing:
Manage and expand our social media presence to increase local brand awareness, share educational insights, and connect with families seeking care.
Community Engagement:
Participate actively in local community events, health fairs, and outreach activities to raise awareness of our services and foster meaningful community connections.
Performance Tracking:
Monitor, analyze, and report on the cost-effectiveness and overall results of marketing efforts.
Reputation Management:
Monitor and respond to online reviews to uphold our high organizational standards and assist with brand reputation.
Collateral Distribution:
Assemble, manage, and mail brochures and other related marketing materials to prospective partners and families.
Director Support:
Execute other administrative or marketing duties as assigned by the Director to support agency growth.

Education & Experience Education:
High school diploma or equivalent required; a college degree is preferred.
Professional Experience:
Minimum of 3 years of experience working in marketing or sales, specifically required within the healthcare or medical field .
Brand Writing:
Proven experience writing as part of a brand identity, backed by strong proofreading and editing skills.
Software Proficiency:
Proficient in standard software programs, including Microsoft Office Suite, Adobe, and Google Suite.
Digital Marketing:
Familiarity with SEO, Google Analytics, social media platforms, and overall digital marketing strategies.
Adaptability & Execution:
Ability to adapt and respond quickly to change, make informed decisions, and prioritize tasks and projects effectively.
Professional Drive:
A genuine passion for marketing and an ongoing eagerness to learn new skills.
Job Maturity:

Language Skills:

Physical Requirements Remote Desk Work:
Ability to spend prolonged periods working on a computer from a remote home office setting.
Standing Tolerance:
Ability to stand on your feet periodically for up to 4 hours at a time during community outreach and events.
Lifting:
Must be able to lift and transport marketing materials or office supplies weighing up to 25 pounds at times.
