We focus mainly on 3D printer sales and repair of 3D printer systems with future plans to create a line of 3D printers. Currently, we are exclusively online and sell on various platforms but have plans to expand to a storefront in the future. We are looking for someone who enjoys an environment of constant learning and improvement. We aren't strict about dress-code or technicalities, although we do promote a workplace of respect and decency. Our goal is to create an environment that is enjoyable to work in and open communication. This position is for a general office assistant and social media manager. Tasks required will include answering simple customer service calls, writing email responses, initial contact with potential vendors, purchasing snacks and amenities for the office, and other miscellaneous tasks. Our requirement for this position aren't necessarily any technical skillset, just a person who is friendly with customers and has a positive attitude. Any skills required can be learned and the environment we promote is never demeaning or toxic. Additionally, we are looking for someone to manage our social media accounts, produce some of our basic product photography. and occasionally create some newsletters of the goings-on of our company. No experience is required but we would love someone who would enjoy this kind of work.

Required:

• High school diploma
• Proficient with email systems, MS office suite, and general Windows PC usage
• Working knowledge of photoshop or photo-editing (someone to produce product pictures for us)
• Proficient in grammar, vocabulary, and drafting professional business letters
• Patience and a timid persona
• Working in customer service can be stressful sometimes but we care for our employees and take the necessary steps to make our environment enjoyable to work in.
• Experience with various social media (Instagram, Facebook, website newsletters)
