Overview We are seeking a detail-oriented and creative Social Media & Marketing Specialist to support our digital growth and lead generation efforts. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of social media platforms, marketing principles, and email outreach. This role will play a critical part in managing our brand image online, marketing our executive office suites, and supporting sales efforts through targeted digital strategies. Responsibilities Develop and schedule content across platforms including Instagram, TikTok, Facebook, and LinkedIn Design branded marketing materials and graphics using Canva Execute email marketing campaigns to promote business services and office suite availability Follow up with leads via email to drive inquiries and support business growth Track performance metrics and prepare regular reports on campaign effectiveness Research social media trends, hashtags, and industry competitors to inform strategy Ensure brand consistency across all platforms and communications Assist with marketing-related administrative tasks and digital asset organization

Qualifications and Skills:

1-2 years of experience in social media management, digital marketing, or a related field Proficient in Canva and familiar with email platforms such as Mailchimp, Constant Contact , or similar Strong written communication and content creation skills Understanding of marketing fundamentals and lead generation tactics Ability to manage multiple tasks, meet deadlines, and work independently and as part of a team Professional demeanor with excellent organizational and time-management skills Creative mindset with attention to detail
