We are looking for a Social Media Content Creator to lead the look, voice, and growth of our Instagram, with content crossposted to TikTok and YouTube Shorts. This is a hands-on creative role. You will plan and film content in our studios, appear on camera in that content, edit it, and post it. You will also be the voice people hear from when they comment or send a message, and the person who manages relationships with local creators we partner with.

Responsibilities:

Plan, film, and edit at least 20 short-form videos per month, built for Instagram Reels, then crossposted to TikTok and YouTube Shorts Appear on camera in a portion of that content Direct staff and collaborators during filming days at both locations Develop and maintain a consistent visual style across the feed Respond to comments and direct messages in the brand's voice Manage collaborations with local creators, including outreach, scheduling, and hosting them on site Review monthly performance and adjust the content plan based on what is working

Requirements:

Comfortable appearing on camera in published content Able to film vertical video and edit it yourself, using CapCut, Premiere, or a similar editor A portfolio of short-form video you personally filmed and edited Strong visual judgment and attention to detail Reliable and organized enough to keep a consistent posting schedule Located within reasonable driving distance of

West Covina, CA Preferred:

Experience creating content for a wellness, beauty, fitness, or hospitality brand Experience managing brand social accounts or creator partnerships Basic photo editing skills

Schedule:

Flexible week to week. Filming days are scheduled in advance and typically fall on weekday daytimes at our West Covina and Diamond Bar locations.
