About Us Ace Tropic Media is a media and social media agency exclusively serving law firms. We help attorneys build their brand, grow their audience, and turn content into case acquisition through short-form video, paid social campaigns, and multi-platform strategy. We move fast, think creatively, and care about results over vanity metrics. About the Role We're looking for a Social Media Coordinator to help manage day-to-day content publishing, community engagement, and campaign coordination across multiple law firm client accounts. This role requires monthly travel to client locations for content shoots, on-site coverage, and campaign support. What You'll Do Schedule and publish content across Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, and TikTok for multiple law firm clients Travel monthly to client sites for content capture, shoots, and on-location coordination Monitor comments, DMs, and engagement, responding or flagging as needed Track performance metrics (reach, engagement, follower growth) and compile simple reporting Coordinate with the content/production team on posting calendars and deadlines Stay current on platform trends, algorithm changes, and best practices relevant to legal/professional services content Assist with light content editing (captions, basic graphics, video clips) as needed Help maintain organization across client accounts, assets, and publishing tools (e.g., Sprout Social) What We're Looking For 1-2+ years of experience managing social media accounts (agency experience a plus) People person, comfortable building rapport with clients and on-camera talent during shoots Must be able and willing to travel monthly for client shoots and on-site work Strong writing skills, comfortable adapting tone across different brands Familiarity with Meta Business Suite, LinkedIn, and scheduling/publishing tools Detail-oriented and deadline-driven, comfortable juggling multiple client accounts at once Basic photo/video editing skills (Canva, CapCut, Premiere, etc.) Reliable transportation and valid ID for travel Interest in the legal or professional services industry is a bonus, not required Why Join Us Work with a growing agency in a specialized, high-demand niche Direct exposure to campaign strategy, not just execution Travel opportunities tied to real client work Collaborative, fast-paced team environment Room to grow into broader content strategy or account management roles
