About Jill Jill is a fast-growing beauty brand helping thousands of women achieve smoother, glowing skin through at-home dermaplaning. Our products have generated billions of social media views , and we're looking for a creative, outgoing person to help grow our presence across TikTok, Instagram, YouTube, and TikTok Shop LIVE . If you love social media, enjoy creating content (or want to learn), and are excited about being part of a fast-paced startup, we'd love to meet you. What You'll Do As a Social Media & Content Coordinator , you'll help grow Jill's presence across TikTok, Instagram, and YouTube while creating engaging content that reaches millions of viewers. You'll work closely with our marketing team to plan, create, publish, and optimize content, while also representing the brand during TikTok Shop LIVE events.
Your responsibilities include:
Create, film, edit, and publish engaging content across our TikTok, Instagram, and YouTube accounts Help manage our social media presence by scheduling posts, monitoring trends, and ensuring content is consistently published Brainstorm creative content ideas and collaborate with our marketing team on upcoming campaigns Analyze content performance and help identify opportunities to increase engagement, reach, and sales Stay up to date on the latest social media trends, sounds, and viral formats Host TikTok Shop LIVE sessions showcasing our products Demonstrate our beauty products on camera and educate customers Interact with viewers, answer questions, and build an engaging LIVE shopping experience Learn what drives engagement and conversions, then continuously improve content performance Work closely with the founders and marketing team to help grow one of the fastest-growing beauty brands on social media We're Looking For Someone Who Is Creative and passionate about social media Outgoing with strong communication skills Comfortable speaking on camera (or excited to learn) Reliable, organized, and self-motivated Positive, energetic, and enjoys working with a team Eager to learn and grow in a fast-paced startup environment Interested in marketing, content creation, e-commerce, or digital media Bonus Points If You Have Experience creating content for TikTok, Instagram, or YouTube (personal accounts absolutely count!) Basic video editing experience (CapCut, Premiere Pro, Canva, etc.) Experience managing or growing social media accounts Retail, customer service, or sales experience Experience appearing on camera or livestreaming Interest in beauty or skincare No professional social media or livestream experience is required—we're happy to train the right person.
