On-site | Hull, IA About Us B Fierce Boutique is a fast-growing women's boutique passionate about helping customers look and feel their best. We're looking for a creative, organized, and social media-savvy individual to join our team and help tell our story online while supporting our in-store customer experience. Position Overview As our Social Media Coordinator , you'll create engaging content, manage our social media presence, and help bring our brand to life across multiple platforms. This role is perfect for someone who enjoys photography, videography, editing, and staying ahead of social media trends. This position also includes cross-training as a Retail Stylist , assisting customers on the sales floor as needed. Responsibilities Plan, create, and publish engaging social media content Capture and edit photos and videos for marketing campaigns Manage daily posting on Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, and Pinterest Brainstorm creative content ideas and marketing campaigns Maintain a consistent, on-brand look across all platforms Monitor social media trends and recommend new ideas Cross-train as a Retail Stylist and assist customers on the sales floor Support team marketing initiatives and special events Qualifications Experience using Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, and Pinterest Strong photography, videography, and editing skills Creative eye for design and visual storytelling Ability to create engaging, on-brand content Friendly, positive attitude with a willingness to learn Strong communication and organizational skills Ability to work independently and as part of a team Must be able to work on-site in Hull, Iowa Schedule Part-time (20-24 hours per week) Opportunity for additional Retail Stylist floor shifts if desired Why Join B Fierce Boutique?
