You'll work under a team manager and collaborate closely with Arrowleaf's design, photo, and video teams to bring client brands to life on social. Responsibilities Create, schedule, and publish content across Instagram and Meta platforms Write compelling captions aligned to each client's brand voice Develop and maintain content calendars with a consistent posting cadence Monitor and respond to comments, DMs, and brand interactions daily Build community presence and foster authentic audience relationships Track post performance, engagement rates, and follower growth Compile regular reporting summaries for assigned accounts Identify trends and suggest content adjustments based on data Coordinate with design, photo/video, and account teams on content needs Brief the creative team on upcoming content requirements Support client-facing communication when needed Qualifications Proven track record managing social media for brands or clients (portfolio or case studies required) Strong copywriting instincts and an eye for visual content Highly organized with the ability to manage multiple accounts simultaneously Stays current on social media trends, algorithm updates, and platform features Strong communicator — written, verbal, and client-facing
