Job Summary We are seeking a dynamic and detail-oriented TEMP Freelance Paid Social Media Specialist for an ongoing freelance basis to help with placing paid social media advertising campaigns across platforms such as Meta Ads (Facebook and Instagram), Linked In, Google Ads, etc. . Your expertise in media buying, campaign management, and digital marketing analytics will drive the success of our social media advertising initiatives. This is a flexible, project-based position designed for someone who is looking for a few hours each week of work and who can navigate through the social media buys system, with an emphasis on Meta and LinkedIn. This is NOT a social media manager job. We need someone who specifically knows how to get ads placed successfully on social media platforms

Responsibilities:

• Focuses specifically on the technical setup, budget pacing, ad placement, and performance tracking of paid ad campaigns inside platforms like Meta (Facebook/Instagram), LinkedIn
• Help pull metrics reports and adjust media buying strategy for optimization
• Assist with social media strategy as needed Requirements Proven experience in paid advertising campaign buying across social media platforms such as Meta Ads (Facebook/Instagram), Google Ads, and programmatic systems Strong understanding of performance marketing principles and web analytics reporting tools Proficiency in spreadsheets and analytics tools for quantitative analysis of media performance data Direct experience in Finance advertising is preferred but not required
